Things to See in Paris

Paris’ most famous sight is undoubtedly the Eiffel tower. You’re free to visit the Eiffel tower, climb the tower or just look at it from a distance. Seeing the Eiffel tower in real life is a must for every visitor, but it’s certainly not the only reason to visit Paris. You’re going to see a lot of it during your visit!

Paris has plenty of other sights and activities to offer. There are more than 150 museums, and there’s plenty of beautiful churches scattered all around the city, most notably the Sacré-Coeur and the Notre-Dame.

Situated in the Marne-la-Vallée district is Disneyland Paris. This famous theme park is located about 35 km from the city center, and can be reached by car (~45 minutes) or public transport (~35 minutes). Please take note that you’ll probably need more than 1 day to see the entire park. There are many hotels close to the park, but going there from the city center isn’t that inconvenient either.




One thing we know for sure: Paris will not disappoint you! Thanks to its beautiful location, you’ll probably only need a single walk along the Seine to fall in love with this city. Paris has everything: famous landmarks, monumental architecture, great food, unique shopping locations, interesting museums and a large number of bars, pubs and clubs.

It’s no coincidence artists from all over the world flock to Paris. It’s Europe’s main cultural hub! Just wandering the city streets is an inspirational act on it’s own!

  • Eiffel Tower
    Paris’ most famous landmark. Visible from all over the city, it is the symbol of the city, maybe even the entire country!
  • Notre Dame
    A beautiful cathedral, inside and outside. Have you spotted the Hunchback yet?
  • Sacre Coeur
    You simply can’t miss this white cathedral on Montmartre hill! Enjoy the lively plazas with street performers and other entertainment, or go inside the cathedral and enjoy its beautiful architecture.

Be wary of tourist tunnel vision!
