Sights Ile de la Cité and Ile St. Louis

• Notre Dame (Ile de la Cité)
  The Notre Dame is an impressive cathedral built in an early gothic style. When you reach the cathedral you will feel very small.

• Place du Parvis Notre-Dame (Ile de la Cité)
  Opposite of the Notre Dame you will find a star at the floor which indicates the centre of Paris. From here distances to Paris are calculated. It also indicates an underground historical crypt.

• Sainte-Chapelle (Ile de la Cité)
  This chapel is built in the 13th century in a gothic style. Exceptionally impressive about this chapel are the huge leaded light windows.

• Rue St.-Louis-en-Ile
  This street is attractive when you have some money to spend. You will find plenty of exclusive shops.

• Maison berthillon (ile St.Louis)
  Get in the line for delicious ice-cream. It’s worth waiting for!
